Careers Opportunities

Across Nexus Multi Academy Trust, a growing number of post-16 students are gaining valuable, hands-on experience through tailored placements within our central team. These opportunities form a key part of the Trust’s commitment to preparing our young people for life beyond the classroom.

By working in real environments alongside experienced staff, students are able to apply their learning in purposeful ways, develop essential life skills and gain a clearer understanding of the opportunities available to them. From catering and customer service to estates and site management, each placement is designed to provide structure, support and challenge, helping every young person progress at their own pace.
